I'm immensely relieved and deeply gladdened to know you don't have MS or Cancer. Constantly praying to my deities that weird white spot on the MRI you've shown us, is just a harmless anomaly that'll disappear over the decades. Hoping the prognosis whenever it comes back is nothing but positive. If it helps, to know you're not alone out there I, too; suffer from poor mental health. Hang in there, man; we're rooting for ya.
